This box was made for a friend's girlfriend for her birthday in September 2011. The challenge here was to create the curvature on top of the box and glue and integrate the inlay properly. With a few touchups, the final product came out nicely. Walnut with purpleheart and maple inlays, finished with tung oil. Click on any picture to view full size
